Virtuemart is a great shopping cart system but it does take some additional configuration and design work to make it sing. The following is a typical frustration that you as a Virtuemart admin may experience:
" The site is having an issue if a customer wants their order shipped to an address that is different than their billing address. I have tested it and on the Shipping Address page I click Enter a new Shipping Address. It takes me to a new page where I enter the new address. At this point there is no Next button to continue with checkout. I tried clicking the Save icon at the top of the page and it kicked me back out to the Home page. Can you investigate?"
