In this tutorial I will show how to upload a document using File Manager extension of Joomla Content Editor (JCE).
Adding a document to your website is a 2 step process:
In this tutorial we will explain how to upload a document and link to it from an article.
1.Navigate to Content → Article Manager

2.Select the article in which you want to place your document.

3.From the editor menu choose “Inser/Edit file” icon to start File Manager.

4. You will get a popup window in the File Manager. In the File Browser section, click on the Upload icon to select the file which you want to upload.

5. Select the file from your computer.

6.After you’ve selected the document, click the Upload button.

7.When uploading is finished, select your file from the list.

8.In the “Text” field change the name of the file to give it a proper title.

9. Click “Insert” to insert the file to the article.
10. Finally, click “Save & Close” to save changes to your article.
