the title "Joomla Designer" is a bit misleading because I think this job requires much more than typical "web designer" skills. Being good with Joomla development requires programming, graphics design, server administration, web strategy, seo, internet marketing, project management and other types of skills. I say it's the best to look for a Joomla web development company where these Joomla Web Designer skills are separated into several positions and then you may choose to apply for one of them.
