What is the FIFO Policy?

It simply means that when your design or development project is approved first, it is handled first, then what comes in next waits until your project is finished. This is comparable to the behaviour of people standing in line where people leave the queue in the order they arrive.

The benefits of such policy are as follows:

• smaller chance of late projects or tasks
• better development pipeline flow
• improved project completion request date forecasting

Of course, with every policy there are some exceptions:

1. If a project in the pipeline is delayed due to client obligations, this project will be paused and placed at the end of the project inventory queue again.
2. If you absolutely must complete a project asap, you may prioritize your project with OGO Sense by paying 2x the regular project price. This will help you meet your urgent needs and cover costs of the overtime or possible weekend work.
3. If you have a support/maintenance request or need a project estimate, those requests will be prioritized and handled based on their importance and time.
