Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Generate and analyze business reports looking for business issues and opportunities
• Run internal business area evaluations and quality assurance
• Design and complete quality assurance checks
• Run daily checks on the sales, implementation and billing process
• Improve business efficiency
• Optimize business processes
• Make recommendations based on business leading and lagging indicators
• Save money by cutting down on unnecessary expenses and inefficiencies
• Ensure updated documentation
• Improve client satisfaction
• Make sure staff follows process
• Check on project deadlines against sales promises made
• Make strategic recommendations to the business leader
• Communicate proactively with staff and clients

Compensation

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in business or related
• Attention to detail and customer service
• Ability to visualize a lot of data and produce actionable recommendations to staff
