The Joomla Monthly Maintenance Service is based on a shared solution, where your organization shares a server with other organizations (but you will never see them; OGO Sense strictly limits that each client can only see their own data).
For larger organizations, we offer solutions that give you your own dedicated server(s), not shared with any other organization. We still host your web site files and database but they run on our server(s) and we are responsible for maintenance, backups and connectivity.
