Credit Union chooses OGO Sense |

1. What is your overall satisfaction with the completed web site: www.charlestonareafcu.org ?
On a scale of 1-10, I'd say a 10+. The site looks outstanding,
functions properly and is simple to navigate. We couldn't have asked
for a better looking site. The feedback we are receiving so far has
been extremely positive.
2. How would you describe the responsiveness and usefulness of OGO Sense Development and Support Team?
I never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to my
inquiries. In my experience working with some of our other vendors,
that is a rare quality. Ogy and his team provided outstanding support
throughout the entire process. Not only are they talented as designers
and developers but they are great consultants as well. They else
exercised great patience with us as we had some delays on our end to
ensure we met all necessary compliance standards.
3. What could have been done better during the project development?
I don't believe I have an answer for this one. The team was accessible
at all points of the process and the experience was top notch.
4. What can OGO Sense do to serve you better in the future?
The additional Joomla content manager training and the tips on search
engine optimization are going to be most beneficial. I'm glad we chose
OGO Sense to host our site as well so we can continue to build upon the
great working relationship that we already have in place.
5. Please feel free to share any other feedback with us.
When I first starting shopping around for a Joomla designer, I
interviewed several companies. After my first conversation with Ogy, my
mind was made up. I thought the work done on previous OGO Sense sites
was excellent and the consultation left me with good feeling about the
company. The decision to work with OGO Sense has not only been
extremely beneficial for our Credit Union but has made me look really
good in the eyes of Sr. Management and our Board of Directors. I am
looking forward to continue doing business in the future.
