Introduction

Delta Kits and OGO Sense have already worked on several web projects before agreeing to develop a mobile app for Delta Kits windshield repair customers.

Problem

The hardest part of any windshield repair tech’s job is not fixing broken glass on automobiles. Instead, it’s processing insurance paperwork and getting paid for their work because the insurance reimbursement process is very time consuming and there are a lot of details to know. We evaluated existing solutions on the market and could not find anything that met needs of Delta Kits customers very well. For example, we did find some web based solutions but they did not have a nice user experience and did not have a mobile app option that is simple to use on the road.

Solution

The iBill EDI app provides a quick and easy way for windshield repair professionals to submit insurance claims by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), create new claims, submit claims, track claim status, and more, all from a phone, tablet, or laptop. The solution also eliminates expensive fax submission and software fees. The current beta version is exclusively for windshield repair and limited to Lynx claims and iOS mobile devices. Features are only available to customers in the U.S.A.
